The Radio Rock Finlandia will be televised. The concert takes place on Friday 5th od December, Kotiteollisuus will start their set at 18.30. A compilation of performances by all the various bands playing that day will be shown the same evening on channel 4 from 21.00 onwards. A live dvd is planned for autumn 2010 as well as the release of the Killing Joke tribute cd (featuring a cover of Pandemonium by Kotiteollisuus with new finnish language lyrics).
The band has been rehearsing and making demo recordings during June, there are now circa 20 new songs in the works some of which will eventually appear on the new Kotiteollisuus cd that will appear sometime during spring 2011.

The latest studio album "Kotiteollisuus" has gone platinum. This is the second platinum disc for Kotiteollisuus, the last one was for "Helvetistä itään" in 2004.
The next tour will start in March 2012, dates will follow soon, until that time the band is now taking a break. The next studio sessions are planned for spring / summer 2012 when the band should start recording a new covers album "Sotakoira II". Recording a proper studio album of new original material should start around autumn 2012.

NEW ALBUM (19.1.2011)
The new Kotiteollisuus album is done. The new 11th Kotiteollisuus studio effort, titled simply "Kotiteollisuus", was recorded in Kitee and mixed by Mikko Karmilan at Finnvox and Sonic Pump -studios in Helsinki. The recordings feature guest performances by Tuomas Holopainen, Miitri Aaltonen, Antti "Hyrde" Hyyrynen and Ismo Alanko who plays cello on one track.
The first single from the album, ”Soitellen sotaan”, will be delivered to radio stations on 24th of January and the first batch of upcoming 2011 live dates will be made public on the same date. The new album will be released in March.
